Terms of Service
Last updated: 2025-12-30
1. Use of the service
By sending photos, videos or other material to PhotoVideoFix, you confirm that you are allowed to use, edit and share that content. The service is intended for lawful personal and small business use only.
2. No guarantee of specific result
The quality of any restoration or enhancement depends strongly on the original file. For heavily damaged, very small or very compressed material, there are limits to what is technically possible.
PhotoVideoFix does not guarantee a specific level of improvement. Before payment, you will see a preview and can decide whether the result is acceptable.
3. Payment and refunds
The general process is:
- You describe your project and receive a quote.
- A preview or sample is provided where possible.
- You pay only if you approve the work.
Once final files are delivered and match the preview you approved, refunds are normally not given except in cases of clear technical problems (for example: corrupt file delivered).
4. Intellectual property
You keep full rights to your original photos and videos. PhotoVideoFix does not claim ownership over your content. Edited versions are provided to you under the same ownership as the originals.
PhotoVideoFix may not use your personal photos or videos in public examples without your written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
Reasonable care is taken when working with your files, but technical failures can happen. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PhotoVideoFix is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages such as data loss, lost income or other secondary consequences.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of important photos and videos.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. If you continue to use the service after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
7. Contact
For questions about these terms, use the contact form on the home page and mention that your message is about the terms of service.
